Privacy

This website is operated by Caisson Hygrothermal Ltd, which is the data controller for the information described here. This page explains what happens to your data when you join the newsletter.

What I store

Your email address, the date you signed up, and when you confirmed (or unsubscribed). Nothing else: no tracking cookies, analytics or third-party scripts are used on this site.

Why

To send you the Caisson newsletter, which you asked for. The legal basis is your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.

Where

On a server controlled by Caisson Hygrothermal, in the UK or EU. Newsletters are sent from Caisson Hygrothermal's email account at Fastmail. Your address is not sold or shared with anyone else.

How long

Until you unsubscribe. After that I keep only a record that you unsubscribed, so that I don't email you again by mistake. Ask me and I'll delete that too.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your data at any time by emailing hygro [at] caisson.uk. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
